DEPOSIT POLICY
••• A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable deposit is required to secure your appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment.
CONFIRMATION & REMINDER
••• As a courtesy, we will send you a text CONFIRMATION 4 days prior to appointment, an email/text REMINDER 3 days and 1 day prior to appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, misses appointments and the cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
••• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
••• Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We can not fill that slot and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services.
••• You must arrive NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
••• Reschedule can be done at max 3 times. If you must reschedule, please allow at least 3 days of advance notice. Anything within that 3 days before your schedule appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make an appointment.
HOW TO RESCHEDULE
••• You may reschedule your appoitnment via the confirmation email/text you receive or you can contact by email at alenapatpmu@gmail.com or instagram.com/permanent_alenapat
NO GUEST POLICY
••• Please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appoinment due to cross contamination and interruption. The Studio is small and does not allow for extra people not getting services.
••• In case you need to translate for a family member, please let me know before your appoinment.
TOUCH UPS POLICY
••• All touch ups are done only for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY. If you book this service and are not existing clients, you will be charged a new set of Brows Fee.
CORRECTION POLICY
••• For all previous work done by another artist (Tattooed or microbladed,...), please send CLEAR photos of your bare brows instagram.com/permanent_alenapat . There are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please make sure you send a photo of your brows prior to your appointment to avoid being cancelled!

• Anyone who has been treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the last 45 days
•Anyone with skin diseases such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, keloid, or hypertrophic scarring on and around the treated area
•Anyone with transmittable blood diseases (ex: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, etc.)
• Anyone with bacterial or viral infection
•Anyone with undiagnosed skin conditions, rashes, blisters on and around the area to be treated

•Anyone who had botox work done within the last 4 weeks prior to your appointment

PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTES
Avoid booking on your menstrual cycle if possible as it can increase your pain. The brows/lips must be free of all irritations including eczema, pimples, bruises, open wound, psoriasis, etc.
Reschedule if you're sick with a cold, flu or viral/bacterial infection.
EYEBROWS precare instructions:
To achieve the best results, it is essential that you understand and follow the pre-care instructions. This process can take up to 4 weeks.
4 Weeks Prior:
Botox & Fillers must be done at least 4 weeks before or after your appointment.
Discontinue Glycolics, Retin-A or Retinol products 4 weeks prior to your appointment.
No Anti-aging and/or Anti-acne products
No Surgery of any kind.
1-2 Weeks Prior:
Avoid sun and tanning bed 1-2 weeks prior to appointment
No facial or chemical peels 2 weeks prior to appointment.
Avoid waxing or tinting 1 week prior to appointment.
Exfoliate the area to prep your skin for the procedure.
48-72 Hours Prior:
Avoid blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, aspirin, Aleve, NSAIDS, vitamin E, fish oil or vitamins unless medically necessary 48-72 hrs prior to your appointment.
Avoid smoking any substances for 48hrs prior to your appointment.
24 Hours Prior:
Avoid working out 24hrs prior to your appointment.
Avoid ALCOHOL or CAFFEIN 24hrs prior to your appointment. This will prevent any excess bleeding, oozing and minimizes swelling during the procedure.
On the day of your appointment
Feel free wear your makeup if you choose to provide an idea of your desired color and shape. We provide thorough mapping and measurements to create the perfect brow shape for your face.
AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
EYEBROWS aftercare instructions:
The Ombre Brows After-Care (Healing stages process) can take 7-15 days but varies from person to person. Here's how the daily after-care looks like:
FIRST DAY CARE:
Please remove excess lymph fluid from your eyebrows with a clean tissue/Q-Tip.
You can clean your brows with a gentle cleanser, then apply ointment using a clean Q-Tip or your fingertips 2-3 times a day. (Gentle washing the brows is not going to cause pigment loss).
DAILY CARE:
Do not splash water on your brows, just pat the area and rinse very gently with a gentle cleanser, then apply ointment using a clean Q-Tip or your fingertips 2-3 times a day, throughout the healing process until brows are completed peeled (Use clean Q-Tip on each side to prevent cross contamination).
You will notice brows flaking, scabbing and itching (in the first 4-12 days) is common as the skin heals. This is normal and never try to touch, scratch or remove them, to avoid pigmentation loss, infection or scarring.
In the shower, just wash your body and keep your head (brows) away.
AVOID FOR 2 WEEKS:
No exercising until brows are completed peeled (to avoid sweating).
Avoid Retin-A, AHA, Glycolic Acids, exfoliants and anti-aging products on your treated area.
No sunlight and tanning beds for 2 weeks
Do not wax, peel or laser hair removal treatment around your enhancement
No hot tubs, sauna, pools, and the sea during the entire healing process
No Brows makeup up during healing time
No facial treatments until brows are completed peeled.
After the healing process is compelte: take care of your brows by using sunscreen or moisturizer.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING HEALING PROCESS (estimated timeline below):
Day 1-3: Brows look darker, thicker (swollen) and sensitive. Don't worry, the color will fade ove the next week.
Day 4-7: Brows will begin to scab/flake and patchy. do not panic!
Day 8-14: Brows are completely peeled & color seem very faint/light.
Day 15-35: Color comes back, starts to resurface and darken. As this point, you can decide if there is anything you want to add or change.
LIPBLUSH after care instructions:
Apply light pressure on lips with a clean tissue to remove any lymph.
Apply ointment on lips several times a day. Keep lips moist at all times.
No kissing, rubbing or friction on treatment area.
Avoid oily, spicy and heavily seasoned food and drink with a straw. After every meal gently rinse and clean lips with water and pat dry, then re-apply ointment.
Do not pick or rub your lips and let the peeling happen naturally. Continue keeping your lips moist!
***DURING all 14 days post treatment:
AVOID Increased sweating.
AVOID Practicing sports.
AVOID Smoking.
AVOID Swimming.
AVOID Hot sauna, hot bath, or Jacuzzi.
AVOID Sun tanning or salon tanning.
AVOID Exposure to UV/UVA Rays or chemicals.
AVOID Any laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and/or any creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic acid on the treatment area.
AVOID Picking, peeling, or scratching of the treatment area.
AVOID Drinking alcohol in excess, as it may lead to slow healing of wounds.
NO makeup on the treated area until completely healed.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING HEALING PROCESS (estimated timeline below):
Day 1: Swelling, tenderness, and high color intensity. Don’t panic – this is normal and it will subside.
Day 2: Less swelling, more tenderness, and a lot of dryness. Don’t touch your lips! Apply the ointment.
Day 3-7: Lips will begin and end the process of peeling, and color will lighten by 30%-50%. Do not pick or rub your lips and let the peeling happen naturally. Continue Keep lips moist!
Week 2: Lips are done peeling, color is light. You may return to normal routines. Lips will continue to heal, up to 6 weeks. Every week more color will surface/darken. Keep lips moist!
Week 6-8: Your lips are healed and you're feeling unstoppable!!! Just add some lip gloss and go! In most cases it requires two treatments to complete the lip transformation.
EYELINER ENHANCEMENT aftercare instructions:
Do not pick, rub or peel off your scabs, to avoid bald spots, scars, or infection.
Do not let the area dry out completely, since this can cause scabbing and cracking of skin surface.
Keep your hair away from your face.
No makeup on the treated area for 7-10days
Do not use mascara until outer healing is completed.
Avoid sleeping on your face, use a fresh pillowcase.
Avoid swimming, sauna, hot tubs for the first 7-10days.
Avoid excessive rinsing and hot water on the treated area.
Do not wear contact lenses at least 24 hours.
Do not dye, perm, or use an eyelash curler for 2 weeks.
Eyes will be puffy and swollen for a few days. Eyes may feel dry or irritated.
No eyelashes serums or growth stimulation, those products might cause pigment migration.
